Honorato C. Perez Sr. Memorial Science High School is now accepting applicants for the school year 2023-2024!

QUALIFICATIONS

1. quarterly grade of 85% or higher in English, Science, and Mathematics and a grade of 83% or higher in other subjects as evidenced by the grades of the students from the first up to third grading periods of S.Y. 2023-2024;

2. good moral character; and

3. preferably in good health and fit to undergo a rigorous academic program.

2. letter of application/intent signed by the applicant address to the school principal;

3. certified true copy of School Report Card duly signed by the School Head;

4. certificate of good moral character duly signed by the School Head; and

1. The admission test shall be administered on May 18, 2024, (Saturday).

2. Send the scanned documentary requirements (pdf file) to scihig7app2021@gmail.com with the complete name of the learner as the subject / file name or submit the hard copy on-site at HCPSHSMS Mabini Extension, Cabanatuan City on or before May 2, 2024.

3. For online submissions, an acknowledgement letter, together with a confirmed schedule of interview/orientation, will be sent to the applicant’s email once requirements are received. For on-site submissions, wait for the call or text message from the Admission Committee.
